What you receive

I Built It With AI is an English-language, 69-page PDF with 20 chapters. It is a digital download, not a printed book, course, subscription or personal coaching service. You need a device with a PDF reader. The first exercises need a browser and internet access; the optional HTML exercise needs a computer. AI services are separate and their access, terms and prices may change.

Price and payment

The book price is £24.99 GBP or $35 USD, according to your selection. Payment is taken once through Stripe. There is no delivery charge or subscription. Check the currency, total and email address before paying; you can return to the book page to correct them. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or international payment charges. The checkout total is shown before you confirm payment.

Delivery

After confirmed payment, your purchase page unlocks the download. We also send a private download link to your purchase email address. That link lasts seven days; the purchase confirmation link lets you verify the order again and refresh download access. Keep your links private. If delivery fails or you enter the wrong email address, contact us with your purchase reference. Do not send card details.

Immediate supply and cancellation

Before checkout, you must expressly request immediate supply of the PDF and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right when supply starts. We record that agreement with your order and repeat it in your confirmation email. Once supply has started with your agreement, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. If supply has not started, contact us to exercise any cancellation right that applies.

If something is wrong

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If the file is faulty, not as described or not delivered, contact info@kellitspo.com with your order reference and the problem. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include a replacement, correction, price reduction or refund. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Using your copy

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the PDF, save copies for your own use and use the exercises in your own work. You may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly or share the full PDF or private download links. You retain ownership of your own work. Third-party names and screenshots remain the property of their respective owners.

The separate toolkit

The toolkit is still in development and is not included or on sale. Book buyers are entitled to the reader price when it launches, including if they buy later: £9.99 rather than £19.99, or $15 rather than $30. That benefit does not depend on email opt-in. We have not promised a launch date. No toolkit payment is taken with this book.

What the book promises

This is a personal account and practical beginner guide. It does not guarantee income, business success, accuracy of AI outputs or an app release. You remain responsible for checking work before relying on it. It is not personalised legal, tax, financial or professional advice. These limits do not remove your consumer rights.
