Purchases and delivery

Stripe collects your purchase email, payment details and any billing information requested at checkout. We use your email, order reference, payment status and purchased item to verify payment, deliver the PDF, provide support and handle refunds or disputes. We do not receive or store your full card number in this website. This processing is needed to fulfil your purchase; financial records may also be kept to meet legal obligations.

Toolkit launch emails

If you separately request a toolkit launch notification, we check your purchase email and record your consent, its time and its scope with your Stripe order. We use it only for the toolkit launch notification and reader offer. Buying the book does not sign you up for wider marketing. Withdraw consent by emailing info@kellitspo.com with the subject “Unsubscribe from toolkit launch”. Your reader discount is unaffected.

Website storage and country selection

The site uses browser storage to remember a manual currency choice and your purchase reference for the current browser session. A secure, short-lived cookie grants download access after payment verification. Vercel supplies an approximate country from your connection to choose a default currency. The currency feature does not request precise device location or save your country in an order. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and technical logs for delivery, reliability and security.

Providers

Vercel hosts the website; Stripe handles payments and order records; Resend sends purchase and download emails. They process information needed for those services and may process it outside the UK, under the protections described in their own privacy information. See Stripe privacy, Vercel privacy and Resend privacy. We do not sell purchase email addresses.

Analytics

The main Kellits PO homepage offers optional Google Analytics cookies, loaded only if you accept analytics. Separately, our website offers optional Meta advertising cookies to measure Facebook and Instagram ads. The Meta Pixel and our server connection to Meta (Conversions API) run only after you accept advertising cookies. Both measure the same consented events; shared event references help Meta avoid counting the same conversion twice. It shares page visits, book views, checkout starts and confirmed purchase events with Meta Platforms, including product, price, currency, page URL and browser identifiers such as IP address, browser user agent and cookie identifiers (_fbp and _fbc). Meta may use these signals to attribute and improve advertising in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not deliberately send your email, card details or download reference through the Pixel. Test purchases are not reported as sales. You can reject advertising cookies without affecting your purchase and withdraw consent using Advertising cookie settings on the homepage, book or order page. Advertising consent is separate from email subscriptions. The consent choice is stored in your browser until you change it or clear site data. Meta cookies may last up to 90 days. Retention

We retain purchase records for delivery, support, disputes and applicable accounting obligations. Toolkit consent records are kept while needed for the launch notification or to respect a withdrawal. We review information we hold and remove it when no longer required. Provider backups and security logs follow their retention arrangements. Contact us to ask about a particular record.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, object to certain processing or request a portable copy. Some financial records must be retained. Email info@kellitspo.com; we may need to verify your identity. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority.
